So, Lightroom 7.2 has just been released and it contains some interesting updates.
Again, it has more speed performance scaling on computers that have multiple cores and at least 12GB of RAM. This results in faster importing and preview generation, improved speed for things like adjustments rendering in Develop, HDR/Panos rendering and more.
7.2 contains some great ne feature, one of which is that is now includes a text search for finding a specific folder. Basically a Folder Search, allowing you to search for text in your folder names.
You also have ability to mark folders as favourites and search them or show just your favorite folders.
Another great feature is an option for creating a collection from a folder with the ability for use with Lightroom mobile, and a feature for creating collections from Map Module pins.
Lightroom 7.2 also adds a library filter for unedited and edited images as well as an option to create smart collections with unedited or edited images.
